Lay to bare all the barriers

Take a hard look at your present life and habits. What’s difficult? What are your biggest challenges?

For me, the most obvious barrier at one point was social media. The habit of checking it was causing information overload, distraction and simply pulling me in too many directions.

Whether social media or otherwise, is there something you’re spending a lot of energy on that isn’t serving you well?

I also recognized I needed more personally meaningful connections with myself and others.

Ask yourself: are you fostering a relationship with both yourself and key others in order to support your progress?

Mindset was third: I wasn’t taking the time to develop and maintain habits of meditation, optimism, gratitude & abundance.

What are the barriers or difficulties in your current life? What could be improved? Note which you have control over what you may not.

Start with the areas you have control over.

A coach can empower you to navigate successfully through choppy waters and gain control over your own happiness and wellbeing. To learn more about how, along with potential coverage options, set-up a free consultation today.
